- Antidiarrheal Stomach Relief tablets (1/2
tablet for dogs over 40 lbs., ¼ tablet under 40 lbs., every 12 hours)
- Antibiotic ointment (topical wound treatment)
- Betadine (for cleaning deep or puncture wounds,
sterilizing agent)
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Isopropyl alcohol
- Saline Solution (eye wash)
- Cotton-tipped swabs
- Gauze pads
- Gauze roll
- Non-adherent bandage pads
- Bandage tape
- Styptic pencil (blood clotting agent)
- Syringe or eye dropper (may be used to dispense
peroxide, Betadine, saline solution or any topical wound liquid)
- Digital thermometer (rectal)
- Tweezers
- Bandage scissors
- Tongue depressors (small animal splints)
- Latex gloves
