Trixie
Trixie, the partially paralyzed Chihuahua who walks on her two front legs, was adopted by local veterinarian Dr. Eleanor Cooke on Oct. 22, 2011 after garnering international attention. Trixie’s story went viral when it was released on Oct. 11, 2011. Local TV reports were picked up by the Today Show, CNN and even the Weather Channel, generating calls from across the country and interest from around the world. Trixie now has the home she's always deserved. She loves her new family!
